ORDERING

IMPORTANT

  • This website does not support online ordering. It is for browsing purposes only, where you can view our cake designs and learn about our cake options, including fillings, sizes, and overall style.
  • To place a pre-order, please visit us in store or contact us via text or phone call using the information provided on the “Contact Us” page.

Price Guide & Ordering Process:

  • Each cake design page includes a pricing and sizing table, along with a serving guide, to help you choose the best option for your needs. You’ll also find size and price details displayed under each design to help you better visualize the cake.
  • You’re also more than welcome to share your own design or inspiration from elsewhere, and we’ll let you know if we’re able to recreate it.
  • Please note: Due to the nature of custom cakes, not all decorations or toppers are always in stock. Placing your order earlier (1 week and up) allows for greater flexibility in design options.
  • Once you’ve selected a design, click the “Custom Here” button to browse our available fillings and see what you’d like to add or modify for your cake.
  • A 50% deposit is required for order with value of $100 and up!

Recommendation:

  • Please place your order at least 2 days before your event to allow us sufficient time to prepare ingredients and have your cake ready for pickup.
  • You’re welcome to place your order even earlier—such as one to two weeks or up to a month in advance—which guarantees the greatest flexibility and selection.

Rush Orders:

  • We do accept 1-day notice orders depending on the design, size, and our availability; however, a 20% rush fee (before tax) will apply.
  • Tiramisu cakes need at least 1 week notice.

Extra Cakes:

  • Yes, we do offer pre-made, same-day cakes. These are available in 6-inch size only (sometimes 8-inch). Custom text may not be available at all time; however, we can provide a “Happy Birthday” topper free of charge.

Bento Cakes:

  • We also offer 4-inch bento cakes, which are a fun and simple way to celebrate with loved ones. These are perfect for small gatherings or personal celebrations.
  • No customization or pre-order is available including adding personal texts and any other decorative toppers.

TIPs:

  • These cakes are available in very limited quantities each day. We recommend calling us to check availability or to reserve one for you.
  • Availability is usually better on weekends (Friday–Sunday).

Yes, we do accept pre-order and custom cake orders with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, we are unable to accommodate orders placed within approximately 6 hours due to the time required to make the cake and limited decor availability. A 20% rush fee (before tax) will apply to all last-minute orders.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. All of our cakes are real!

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. However, you’re welcome to try our Extra Cakes, Bento Cakes, or Tiramisu Cake, which are usually available more on weekends. These items feature the same flavors and quality, just in different sizes—perfect for getting a taste!

CUSTOM CAKE

Yes, we offer custom cakes and love bringing your ideas to life. While we’re happy to work from your inspiration, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact replica of reference images or previously made cakes.

  • To help us create the perfect cake for your event, please provide a clear reference photo or a general idea of your desired design. You can send us the photo in-person or through text message!

Design Inspiration & Limitations:

  • Availability of toppers, decorations, and flowers may vary depending on what is available from local suppliers each week.
  • While we do our best to bring your vision to life, not all designs may be achievable based on our bakers’ artistic styles and skill sets. Some designs may be slightly adjusted to match our creative touch, and we’ll always communicate with you about what we can or cannot do.

Unfortunately, we do not accept customer-provided supplies, toppers, or decorations. However, you’re welcome to order a plain cake from us and decorate it yourself at home!

For every cake, it includes:

  • We use a price table as the starting price for each cake size.
  • These base prices include complimentary fillings (such as berries or flavored whipped cream listed at $0.00 on our custom cake page), a custom hand-written message, a “Happy Birthday” sign topper, a plastic knife, and a cardboard cake box.

Modifying Our Designs:

  • If you choose to modify one of our existing designs from our website, each design post includes example sizes and prices to help estimate the cost. For example, while the starting price for a 6-inch cake is $50, a specific design may add an extra cost. If that design is shown as an 8-inch cake priced at $80 instead of the $70 listed in our price table, the design adds $10. Choosing the same design in a 6-inch size would therefore be $60 instead of $50.
  • Final pricing may increase based on premium fillings or additional decorative elements, such as specialty toppers that require external ordering and shipping.

Design From Other Inspo:

  • For designs from other bakers or outside inspiration, we still use our price table as the base. Additional costs may apply depending on design complexity, required supplies that must be sourced externally plus shipping cost, and the time needed to create the cake (ranging from $5 to $10 extra).

Yes. Cakes with more detailed designs or specialty toppers may incur additional charges based on design complexity, materials, and sourcing costs. For example, designs that require multiple colors may have an additional $5.00 charge.

We only require a 50% deposit for cake valued at $100 and above. Everything else is due on the pick-up date!

DIETARY

We may able to make sugar-free frosting but for our sponge cake, it’s impossible.

Unfortunately, our kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, egg-free, or dairy-free environment. We also do not cater for vegan and gluten-free combined.

IMPORTANT

  • While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
  • Please consider this carefully when ordering and before serving cakes or cupcakes to your guests.

Allergy Responsibility:

  • We do not accept responsibility for allergy-related issues or outcomes, as we cannot cater specifically for severe allergies.
  • If your guests are aware of the potential risk of contamination, we will always do our best to ensure no contamination occurs during the preparation of your order.

Thank you for your understanding the limitation of our kitchen and for helping us maintaining transparency around allergens.

Our cakes do not contain alcohol, but they are not officially halal-certified. 

DELIVERY

Delivery Service (Effective January 2026)

  • Delivery is available for all menu items from White Bear Lake location (cakes, drinks, and other desserts) with a minimum order of $30.

  • Delivery window: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM everyday except Tuesday

  • Free delivery within 5 miles of our White Bear Lake location
    (4709 Hwy 61 N, White Bear Lake, MN 55110)

  • $1.00 per additional mile (before tax) beyond the first 5 miles

  • Maximum distance: 20-mile radius

Example:
If your event location is 12 miles from our White Bear Lake location, the delivery fee would be $7.00, since the first 5 miles are free.

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and cash. Please note: Physical cards, checks and tap payments are not available.


PAYMENT

Pre-Ordered Cake Valued at $100 or More:

  • A 50% deposit (including tax) is required to confirm your order. Deposits become non-refundable within 24 hours of the pickup date. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

Cancellations:

  • Please give us a notice of at least 3-day in advanced.
  • If booking is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, deposit will be fully refunded.
  • If we are unable to contact you, the order is considered cancelled.

We aim to be as fair as possible in these circumstances and appreciate you understanding.

  • For online orders: Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle are accepted.
  • For in-store orders: All payment methods including cash and taps are accepted.
